At AES recruiting, our role is to professionally match job seekers with suitable open roles. We strive to facilitate long-term matches beneficial for both candidates and clients.

If you are an interested job seeker, reach out to us through our contact form with your most recent resume or explore our open jobs on the job board. Once you have contacted us, we will hold an initial, pre-screening phone call to determine your preferences on compensation, location, work format (in-person, remote, hybrid), and other job considerations. Once we've identified a suitable position for you, we will set up a follow-up phone call to discuss relevant details. If the role seems like a good fit, we will move forward with the recruiting process.

Once the client has agreed that you are suitable for the role, we will proceed with setting up an initial interview. We will provide recommendations for interview preparation and ensure you are confident in representing your valuable experience. 

Following the initial interview, we will provide you feedback from the client and ensure you are comfortable moving forward. If all parties are in agreement, we will work towards negotiating a suitable offer.

Our comprehensive engineering staffing process is designed to provide employers with qualified candidates to fill critical open roles, and to aid job seekers in pursuing positions of greater responsibility, improved benefits, and career growth.

Our recruiting process is an in-depth review of potential candidates to provide the highest quality services to our clients. We start by assessing key details of the position by consulting with the hiring manager and reviewing the job order. the account manager will then discuss additional questions and details with aes recruiters. AES recruiters will then begin sourcing candidates.

Screening

Once potential candidates have been identified by our recruiters, the candidate will be pre-screened for position suitability via a phone interview and potential professional references will be identified. Following this screening process, the candidate will have a second discussion with the account manager. Only the most-qualified candidates make it to the desk of our clients for review.

Following recommendations from the account manager, the hiring manager will select individuals to begin the interviewing process with. After confirmation from our client, we will coordinate with all parties to set up interviews.

Once our client has finalized their decision, we will work with all parties to ensure the onboarding process proceeds efficiently. We will coordinate with both the client and candidate on any negotiations associated with the offer.

Once the candidate has finalized on boarding and started working, we will make follow up phone calls to both the client and candidate to ensure both parties are satisfied.
